Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NettyForge products, services, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our Services. NettyForge Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Software Licensing

All software products purchased through NettyForge are licensed, not sold. Each license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on a single Minecraft server network unless otherwise specified. Redistribution, resale, decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of any NettyForge product is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are final upon completion of payment. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. NettyForge accepts payments through the methods listed on our checkout page. You are responsible for ensuring all payment information is accurate. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and permanent blacklisting.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our Discord support system. Refunds will not be granted if the product has been downloaded, deployed, or if the license key has been activated. NettyForge reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

5. Custom Services

Custom development services (plugins, network setups, web ecosystems) are scoped through a formal project proposal. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to initiate custom projects. Intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use our Services for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) exploit, duplicate, or redistribute our products; (d) use our products in a way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure; (e) engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior through any of our communication channels.

7. Service Availability

NettyForge strives to maintain 99.99% uptime for all web services and API endpoints. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via our System Status page and Discord. NettyForge shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NettyForge Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NettyForge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using our Services, you consent to this dispute resolution mechanism.
